Saving the Days
I was thinking about how difficult it is to keep up a scrapbook of family life. It’s not so hard with your first child, but once you have a few it seems to get harder to commit to ongoing memory saving. I like the idea of making Ramadan a time of capturing a glimpse of the year through an ongoing scrapbook. Things like handprints, individual and group family shots, artwork, a calendar or moon sightings and iftars and other gatherings. Year after year saving a few more memories will give you an amazing book of family memories.
