This very easy garland is just paper, beads & ribbon.
Directions
- On the computer design and print the text on vellum or card stock. You could also hand write the words.
- Cut into desired shapes, these are made into oval shapes.
- Punch holes on each side.
- Thread the ribbon down into the hole punch and bring it back up on the other side.
- Add a bead and then add another paper.
