Sweet Crepes
These sweet crepes are made daily for iftar. The crepes can be dipped in soup, served with cream fresh or eaten plain. The recipe is enough for 10 people, if you are making them for a smaller number just modify the recipe accordingly.
Ingredients
- 5 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 1/8th cups flour
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients in the blender
- In a hot pan add a pad of butter
- Ladle batter into the pan, use the bottom of the ladle to spread out
- Cook about 30 seconds on each side, the top will appear dry
- Cook a few seconds on the other side or until done
- Roll up and eat
